Who we are

We are real estate investors. We are not real estate agents or brokers and we do not represent you. We may purchase directly or assign our purchase contract to a partner buyer; we disclose this in writing before any agreement is signed. See our Disclosures.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to discuss the sale of the property. By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that consent and in our SMS Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site unlawfully, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or scrape it.

Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by Batista Property Investments LLC and protected by law. You may not reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Governing law
